Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager to help us support LATAM business. The Accounts Receivable Manager will manage the Latam AR team and be the main AR POC to support all kinds of AR activities including contract reviews, billing, revenue reconciliation, collection and fund allocation, as well as the main AR POC to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing busienss by having strong leadership skills and sound judgement and understanding the needs of our clients and shaping efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Accounts Receivable team in Latam region.
- Review LATAM business revenue contracts, especially financial terms.
- Review refunds, rebates requests etc. to ensure financial compliance.
- Establish debt collection management system and business data report management.
- Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development.
- Perform Collection, Invoicing, Fund allocation and other tasks related to AR.
- Build/optimize processes, formalize SOP documents, manage team training, etc.
- Establish AR process for any new business lines and new products.
- Support the headquarters finance team as requested.
- Provide relevant support to the business department as necessary.
- Other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting;
- 6 years or above of direct AR experience and leadership experience in LATAM;
- Sound judgement in complex financial situations and sharp professional sense in identifying financial risks and non-compliance;
- Familiar with local financial accounting standards and IFRS;
- Strong leadership skills, logical thinking ability, great sense of responsibility, good work habits, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A well understanding and experience of local commercial market, processes and customer habits in various LATAM countries;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Local certifciation/qualification in finance or accounting, eg. CPA
- Direct industry experience in multi-national companies, internet, or advertising industries
- Demonstrates an Always Day 1 attitude
