**Your role**
- Are you a great communicator with a flair for turning complex topics into interesting content that informs, engages, and educates employees? Are you a proactive team player with a knack for building strong business relationships to deliver impactful plans?
- We’re looking for a communications analyst to:
- advise our business partners, including the UBS BB, UBS group in Brazil and WM LatAm on their communications, including helping them determine the appropriate delivery channels
- identify, propose, write and edit a broad variety of executive-level communications for internal and external audiences globally, including: speeches, talking points, letters, management/organizational announcements, client and employee communications, social media posts
- advise stakeholders and work with them to identify and develop key messages in the appropriate tone of voice
- work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure consistent messaging and facilitate the sharing of information/speeches/content
- provide on-site event management
- establish and maintain excellent working relationships with communications, business and legal partners
- provide guidance on appropriate communication tools and delivery channels, offering support for projects and initiatives
- maintain integrated communication concepts and execute them
- support team member with various projects

- Communications & Branding Americas/Brazil is a diverse team of communications experts who take pride in producing high quality, high impact communications for a variety of audiences. You’ll be working with highly collaborative team that work to promote, enhance, and protect our brand in the Americas/Brazil

**Your expertise**
- a bachelor’s degree, ideally 1+year of previous work experience, preferably in communications.
- able to run communications projects independently, keeping close contact with business partners
- excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way
- fluent in Portuguese and sound command of English to support our local clients
- innovative and thinks outside the box
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting
- be a highly motivated team player who is adaptable and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing business critical tasks.
- can quickly recognize and capitalize on breaking news and market developments and attention to detail and superb execution skills.
- display strong written skills and attention to detail.
