**Communication Lead**
Are you ready to shape the future of communication at AstraZeneca? As a Communication Lead, you will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that integrates Internal and
External Communications, ensuring consistency with our corporate reputation and internal engagement. Your work will also contribute to society through social responsibility and tax
incentive projects. Join us in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

**Accountabilities**

**Internal Communications**
- Support leaders to enhance their communication skills and boost team engagement.
- Develop internal communication campaigns to instill pride in employees, promote a positive

work environment, drive cultural and digital transformation, and encourage inclusivity.
- Manage the Internal Communication Agency.
- Analyze and strategize to increase impact across various audiences, including Sales Force,

Operations, and Marketing.
- Use data-driven strategies to improve internal communication effectiveness.
- Create and manage internal communication events such as Town Halls, Lives, Webinars, and

Sales Conventions.

**External Communications**
- Develop and manage the company's reputation strategy, including media relations,

institutional positioning, and corporate social media channels.
- Oversee PR and Social Media agencies.
- Conduct Media Training, media briefings, and communication training for senior leaders.
- Create, review, and approve corporate materials such as presentations, press releases,

media pitches, and social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Partner with Brands and product teams to develop robust communication strategies aligned

with business objectives.
- Manage crisis communication efforts.

**Social Responsibility**
- Lead Volunteer Programs and Tax Incentive projects.

**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Proven experience in corporate communications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in media relations and social media management
- Ability to develop data-driven communication strategies
- Crisis management expertise

**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with volunteer programs and social responsibility projects
- Talent Development e management
