As Finance Specialist, you will responsible for ensure compliance with guideline, distribute financial information and guarantee the understanding and comprehension of all users in order to generate efficiency in controlling, accuracy, realistic planning and commitment with budget owners..

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
**General**:

- Ensure full compliance with the Group Controlling guideline.
- Promotes efficiency in Controlling in order to minimize time spent for report generation and increase time for analysis, commenting and insights.
- Supports the establishment of a true bottom-up planning process.
- Contributes to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates and long-term forecasts.
- Builds a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and trust.
- Supporting budget reallocations, acting as a facilitator to achieve objectives.

**Month End Closing**:

- Perform variance analysis of Plan vs. Actual.
- Ensures master data quality and verifies the consistency of the internal order hierarchies.

**Report and Analysis**:

- Prepares reports on aggregated or on detailed level by GKA and LKA comparing the profitability YTD, comparing PY vs CY vs RE vs Year to Go.
- Prepares and distributes BI and Local reports to users.
- Prepare the Trade Sales report;
**Planning & Forecast**:

- Assist on the coordination of the Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and BI input.
- Support, train, and challenge the budget owners during the planning process.Manage financial structure to guarantee compliance with the guidelines (IO and SIO master data; Local & Global Hierarchies).

**Business Partner**:

- Acts as a contact and sparring partner for the Key Account Managers, Brand Manager, Communication Manager, Sports Manager, Events Manager, Culture Manager, Consumer Collection Manager and Operations Manager.
- Works closely with the various contacts, has a service mentality but also challenges them, asks questions, gives suggestions and insights.
- Matches POS/VISIT placement plans to budget.
- Knows the contract terms of the media agencies, the media plan (classic vs flanker) and the status of spending commitments.
- Know the contract terms with Athletes & Opinion Leaders as well as Event Agencies (fixed vs variable contract components).
- Supports the Sales Managers with reallocations and scenarios simulations.
- Supports the budget owners in budget reallocations and ensure overall budget adherence.
- Provide training and serve as reference of the tool for all BI users.
