IntelliSense.io is headquartered in Cambridge, UK, with global offices in Barcelona, Cork, Santiago (Chile), Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Perth (Australia). **What you will contribute to** This supporting role will fit in a product group to ensure the execution of product roadmaps and deployments and ongoing customer success efficiently and effectively. The Product Market Technology Alignment Framework (a set of processes and workflows aimed at ensuring we build the right thing) is responsible for delivering products that users rave about, accelerating the growth of IntelliSense.io and advancing the infrastructure industry. The organization includes all product functions: product management, user experience, architecture, development, quality assurance and operations. The Product Specialist reports to the Product Manager of each Product Group and is mandated to drive operational excellence across the organization. Its responsibilities include program management (this role), Cloud operations and product localization **Key responsibilities**: - Oversee initiatives, whether directly managed by their own team, self, or other stakeholders in the organization - Ensure initiatives are appropriately scoped, organized and resourced, with a clear definition of success and governance model - Put structure in place to track and report on the progress of each initiative - Proactively communicate to Product Group leadership and key stakeholders on initiative status, risks, and issues, and, when appropriate, make recommendations on initiative decisions - Provide advice and feedback to initiative owners and team to ensure high quality, timely execution - Manage the execution of specific, high-visibility strategic initiatives - Continuously look for, and implement ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the product development function - Support the different "owners" - product, technology, market, customer, quality, release - to ensure the right people are doing the right thing and flag anomalies - Arrange and host calls between different owners to come to conclusions on the above - Taking minutes and posting actions - Gather data to produce weekly/monthly/yearly reports (tools include Aha, Jira, and Smartsheet) - Ensure the quality governance is followed - adding and following up on checklists in Jira. Make sure the templates are available and followed - Doing all product and tool admin - Helping to schedule and deliver the demo material when work is completed - Ensuring short term capacity is maintained and flagging if long term capacity is not optimized - Following up on tasks both in the product but also meeting actions - Ensuring time is logged correctly **Requirements**: This position will suit a data-driven proactive person but with an eye for simplification, willing to take on challenges and tasks outside of their usual role.
