- Plan customer service capacity by combining different sets of data inputs from strategic planning, sales planning, field operations, logistics and supply chain.
- Drive customer service continuous improvements through data analysis and negotiation with diverse internal and external players and stakeholders.
- Implement, improve, and control customer operations KPIs.
- Design, implement and control field services distribution and commissioning models to drive excellence in service delivery.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings by preparing reports and presentations.
- Other duties may be assigned
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years’ experience in planning positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience providing support through data analysis to contribute to overall strategy.
- Advanced level in MS Excel.
- Experience in working with database and building KPIs and dashboards.
- Lean six sigma Yellow/ Green/ Black Belt.
- Advanced in Business-level English language; spoken and written
- Residency in the city of São Paulo
- Ability to travel throughout the country of Brazil, up to 25% of the time.
