- **Ideate & Innovate**: Research, brainstorm, and generate ad concepts that stand out
- ** Stay Ahead**: Analyze competitors, track trends, and uncover market insights to fuel our strategy
- ** Create & Collaborate**: Work with UGC creators or step in front of the camera yourself
- ** Lead & Execute**: Coordinate tasks for designers, copywriters, influencers, and managers, ensuring seamless execution
- ** Test & Optimize**: Monitor creative performance across UA channels and iterate for success
- ** Inspire the Team**: Organize brainstorm sessions that spark breakthrough ideas

**what you bring**:

- Experience promoting mobile apps or digital products
- A creative, proactive mindset: you thrive on bold ideas and self-driven projects
- Structured thinking with a data-informed approach to creativity
- Market intuition (you _get_ what works for LATAM, the US, or Europe)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams
- English fluency (B2+/Upper-Intermediate minimum)

- Background in video/content production
- Experience with content farms or AI tools for scaling/adapting creatives
