**As an HR Rockstar, you will**:

- Learn and Provide support in the Hiring Procedure (not Recruitment)
- Support the Corporate HR Coordinator with the follow-up of new employees regarding tools, policies and required training.
- Support handshake meetings and provide new hires with onboarding information and explanation of benefits.
- Support the Corporate HR Coordinator in the preparation of agreements and draft contracts with the corresponding validation and verification of the information (Payroll Employee and PSA Consultants)
- Support the Corporate HR Coordinator in updating and registration of employee data in the corresponding systems.
- Support the Corporate HR Coordinator with the audit of expired contracts and keep employee information updated as required by internal clients (Salaries, personal information, contracts, termination letters, among others).
- Support in the reports of the BambooHR platform and the audit information on expired contracts, follow-ups of accumulated vacations, personal information, monitoring of signing contracts and contract renewal process.
- Review of invoices received by executives of different levels.
- Review of immigration permits and work permits.
- Support the Corporate HR Coordinator in the termination processes and in completing the required documentation.
- Support and elaborate various letters to our internal clients (suspensions, work record, active employee, among others.)
- Supervise the administration to establish standards and procedures.
- Support Corporate HR Coordinator with the follow up of work-related accident process
- Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve discrepancies.

**It only takes to be**:

- Currently enrolled in the university
- Intermediate English and Microsoft package, preferably with previous HR experience and studying HR.
- Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period
