This Technology Workflow Solution Sales position will be selling into enterprise accounts, supporting the Chicago Enterprise sales organization, responsible for helping customers achieve business outcomes through a variety of related digital workflows spanning across AI/ML Powered IT Operations Management, Application Observability, Strategic Portfolio Management and Technology Asset Management for the central US. Location in greater Chicago area.
**What you get to do in this role**:
The Solution Sales Executive drives the customer strategy, Industry & technology focus, sales engagement and solution win. Responsibilities/ activities can vary by solution area given coverage capacity.
- Drive territory sales strategy and planning, account use case targeting, execution and value realization
- Partner with the enterprise director and account executives to exceed customer expectations and sales KPI’s
- Ensure account planning is aligned with Now Value principles
- Engage with C-level, VP of Applications/Operations, CISO, etc. to envision the value of digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, Business value team and partners.
- Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback, agreement and team based on engagement model
- Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle
- Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory, account team and celebrate successes
- Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- 7+ years knowledge with IT Operations Management, IT Business Management or IT Asset Management
- Prioritize and focus in a fast paced, highly demanding environment
- Thrive in a high-performance, matrix sales environment by building trust as a reliable team member
- Strong EQ, self-awareness and is an active listener with the ability to quickly adapt
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technical or related discipline preferred
- 50% travel is expected
