Academy Alliances Project Manager for Non Cloud

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Each education strategy built with partners will turn into a training plan and requires a project manager to assure execution, tracking and improvement. To be focused on VMWare, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, HPE and others. Responsibilities include:

- Work with partner enablement team and Kyndryl SMEs to translate education strategy in a project plan including learning plans, timeline, targets.
- Work with countries and CICs to execute the project plans
- Facilitate access to vendor’s contacts in each country and motivate local teams to increase interlock
- Track and report results

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Project Management, with proven skills in negotiation, drive to achieve, communication, active listening, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal skills, time management.

Fluent in english.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Agile mindset, tools and cerimonies
