Estamos em busca de um Connectivity Partner Analyst para o nosso time:
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Providenciar suporte Operacional aos projectos de integração das variadas APIs da Omnibees.
- Realizar Teste de Cenários e Certificação dos Parceiros que desenvolvem as nossas APIs em ambiente produção.
- Identificar problemas de forma eficaz, escalando para outras equipes quando necessário.
- Criar o scope do projecto e participação em reuniôes com parceiros para o alinhamento do projecto de integração.
- Analisar logs numa vertente Operacional.
- Elaborar e dar manutenção na documentação de apoio da integração.
- Formar e desenvolver as equipas de operação suporte técnico do parceiro.
- Auxílio no dia-a-dia dos colegas de equipa.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Pessoa analítica e detalhista, com capacidade de comunicação e persuasiva, hábil em estabelecer boas relações interpessoais com colegas e parceiros.
- Capacidade de planejar, organizar e trabalhar em ambiente com tarefas diverificadas.
- Demonstrar capacidade e iniciativa de resolução de problemas.
- Dominio de sistemas hoteleiros (CRS, PMS, RMS, Channel Manager) entre outros.
- Experiência na área de e-commerce em Hotelaria.
- Conhecimento de REST API, XML, JSON e tecnologias semelhantes (nice2have).
- Experiência no uso de um sistema de tickets para registrar, escalar e resolver problemas.
- Conhecimentodos do Microsoft Office na otica do utilizador.
- Domínio da língua Inglesa (obrigatório) espanhol (nice2have).
