The Strategic Partner Manager will help discover, develop, execute and maintain relationships with publishers and partners by helping them grow their audience, engage their audiences, and build a sustainable content business. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of publishers and partners; acquiring and growing content on Pinterest that inspires viewers; and supporting product and go-to-market strategies for key Pinterest priorities. The individual in this role will work cross functionally with Communications, Marketing, Audience Development, Product and Product Marketing Teams to expand innovative content across the ecosystem.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage a portfolio of Publishers in vertical such of Fashion, Beauty, Home, Food & Drink, Travel, Entertainment, and more: from onboarding through development and retention around creative content;
- Educate Publishers and drive product adoption through strategic partnerships leading digital content organizations;
- Proactively resolve business issues with partners and also be an internal advocate for them;
- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business and content trends as they relate to partner relationships;
- Enable, deploy and manage projects between Brands and Creators in Brazil;
- Ideate & execute creative “win-win” content deals that drive value to partners, and also to Pinterest by leveraging various tools (e.g. editorial channels, Pinterest API, new feature launches, etc.);
- Act as a liaison between partner and internal stakeholders, representing local partner feedback back to product teams in HQ to optimize the product further and support the partner towards the success of their profile on Pinterest;
- Define and implement on their partners services and products aligned with company objectives;
- Take learnings from portfolio of Publishers to build content strategies that celebrate and expand innovative content on Pinterest.
**What we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years relevant experience in partnerships or business development in consumer tech companies or at publishers with strong digital presence;
- Has a solid business network in LATAM, special focus in Brazil, México, Argentina and Colombia.
- Ability to identify and establish strong relationships with key content creators across a range of categories;
- Comfortable working in a lean team, and can approach projects with an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Is versatile and able to wear multiple hats in a rapidly changing business environment;
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical skills and business sense;
- Experience in advertising, digital, content marketing or media sales is a plus, but not required;
- Able to professionally fluent communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
