BSO - CHANGE & TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST (Nº DO VAGA: SEC001188)
** Descrição

**The Specialist will be resposible for**:

- Coordination & working with all Operations Managers within BSO
- Identify & List all manual actvities/controls within the BSO perimeter
- Sit & discuss with each Ops Manager about the manual activity and analyse the possibility for implementing System controls by tool enhancements or macros etc.
- Transversally work with all activities within BSO and assist the teams in improving efficiencies in terms of FTE, better operational quality, operational risk reduction etc.
- Acting as an bridge between Operations and Application development teams in communicating for raising the Change Requests, Defects, negotiating timelines for implementations etc.
- Support on Transversal Needs within BSO (upon necessity)
** Qualificações

**Requirements**:

- Higher Education
- Experience in Custody Operations
- Custody Market knowledge of Brazil market
- Knowledge of Applications used in Operations like AceTP, YMF (etc) would be an added advantage
- Fluency in English speaking
- Working and co-ordinating with Overseas Stakeholders + any overseas working experience would be an added advantage
