- _Manage and resolve customer complaints. _
- _Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as and when needed._
- _ Provide product and service information to customers. _
- _Research required information using available resources andOffer Solution to customers. _
- _Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints usingapplicable software. _
- _Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains whocan best support he user, _
- _Document all call information according to standard operatingprocedures. _
- _Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends incustomer calls. _
- _Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given. _
- _Complete call logs and reports._
