Resumo da função:
The Commercial Manager main responsibility is to deliver unsecured revenues agreed for the 5YP. To achieve the target this person is responsible for the administration, support and co-ordination of the procurement processes for customers to include bids, tenders, RFP’s, RFI’s and prequalification documentation. This person will work with both internal and external stakeholders in the completion of the above processes, negotiations and close new contracts and improve the customer portfolio. This person will be expected to track commercial opportunities and develop commercial strategies in order to enhance CHC’s market share in the Brazilian Helicopter Services Market, including growth and development ad hoc business.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Seek for new commercial opportunities and develop new customers to meet company revenues targets;
- Manager customer interactions and satisfaction;
- Liaise with Commercial Operations Manager in order to manage the tender/proposal process from the initial request to the final submission;
- Respond to Customers’ requests in compliance with corporate guidelines and within customer’s required timelines;
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the preparation of costing models to meet revenue guidelines as mandated by the corporate business plan;
- Provide support and head office guidance for the Regional Directors in their provision of customer service, revenue growth, customer negotiations and product/service development;
- Conduct feasibility analyses (risk, sensitivity and cost/revenue), SWOT Analyses and to create factsheets on all new business opportunities;
- Conduct negotiations with customers at varying levels for items such as pricing, services offered and contractual terms and conditions;
- Develop and execute departmental processes and management systems to ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures.
Qualificações, Habilidades & Atributos:
Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, Communications, Economics
Fluent English
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales leadership in the aviation or oil & gas field services industry, especially marketing and selling services
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and business plan execution and ability to solicit and secure business from existing and new customers
- Excellent knowledge of the oil field services marketplace, practices and competitive landscape
- Excellent commercial and business acumen, positively influencing the cost, profit and cash flow drivers on a deal’s profit
- Experience in maintaining effective processes to improve sales bids and support services to ensure accurate inputs are submitted within commercial tender submission schedules
- Experience in optimising sales processes and tracking tender and sales activities effective in systems
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex matrix environment: collaborate with other stakeholders to get what is needed for success in proposal delivery and bid success
