Director of Demand Generation Marketing - Brazil

Role Overview:
As the Director of Demand Generation Marketing for Brazil, you wil report to the LATAM Demand generation and BDR Sr. Director, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Acting as the primary marketing leader for the Brazilian market, you will align closely with Sales and Brazil’s leadership team to ensure Marketing is a key strategic partner in achieving business goals. This role also requires collaboration with the regional BDR leader to maximize pipeline contribution and enhance lead management processes.

As a people leader, you will be responsible for developing your team, coaching them to success, and fostering an environment where team members grow personally and professionally. You will also represent Marketing as a trusted advisor and partner to internal stakeholders, advocating for regional needs while aligning with global marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored to the Brazilian market, aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Define and measure success through key KPIs, including pipeline contribution, lead conversion rates, and marketing attribution.

Sales Alignment:

- Act as the primary interface of Marketing to the Brazil Sales team and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, and opportunities.
- Partner with the regional BDR leader to design and execute initiatives that drive pipeline acceleration, enhance lead follow-up processes, and improve handoffs between Marketing and Sales.

Team Development & Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop team members' skill sets through consistent coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Campaign Development & Execution:

- Lead the creation and execution of innovative campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging digital, content, and event strategies.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure messaging resonates with the Brazilian market and personas.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and other GTM functions to streamline marketing operations, reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Ensure robust post-activity follow-ups and list management processes to maximize pipeline impact.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the region's marketing needs, working closely with regional leadership and global teams.
- Regularly present updates and outcomes to Sales leadership and executives, highlighting marketing's impact on pipeline and business goals.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align Marketing and Sales teams on shared objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and grow teams, driving both individual and collective success.
- Deep understanding of demand generation strategies, pipeline creation, and lead management best practices.
- Experience working with BDR teams and leveraging their role to enhance pipeline and lead follow-up processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively represent Marketing to Sales leadership and other stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in measuring marketing performance and pipeline attribution.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and advanced Spanish.
