Proactively engage with assigned Marketplace and retail merchants to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of regional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met while aligning with overall business goals.
Cultivate strong relationships by acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for merchants.
Analyze merchants' sales data, product performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance their product listings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and track the impact of growth strategies on merchant performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Position Requirement
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the e-commerce or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce trends or online marketplaces is a plus.
