Role Summary
As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist at 1GLOBAL, you will identify and hire top talent globally, collaborating with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process. You will be based in our new tech hub in São Paulo (Pinheiros), helping build a strong team to drive 1GLOBAL's mission and growth.

The successfully hired candidate will receive onboarding and training in Lisbon, Portugal; gaining valuable skills while experiencing one of Europe's most dynamic and renowned cities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and engage candidates through various channels, manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers & department Heads.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience providing timely communication and feedback.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech recruitment to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technology or global setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of various technical and software engineering roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a global team.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruitment tools and platforms.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is strongly preferred.
• Experience as a headhunter or recruiter in a consulting firm is strongly preferred.
