Essential Job Functions
- Initiate and maintain technical and logistical follow-ups with national and international suppliers from PO issuance to freight forwarder receipt;
- Control timelines and status in the IFS system, ensuring visibility and traceability of order stages;
- Validate Commercial Invoice, Packing List, photos, fumigation, etc;
- Request freight pick-up and coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers to ensure fiscal and documentation compliance;
- Resolve OSND issues or inconsistencies among PO, CIPL, and MR;
- Identify special requirements (DG, REPETRO, LI, oversized cargo) and apply correct procedures;
- Participate in meetings and alignments with suppliers, clients and other internal departments;
- Prepare performance reports and indicators for assigned POs and Projects.
Other Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of customs processes, export documentation, and regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
- Intermediate to advanced English for communication and document reading;
- Proactive, organized, with a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
Education And Experience
- We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration;
- Proven experience in international expediting, supply chain, or import logistics.
