The Organizational Development & Effectiveness (OD&E) Specialist will play a critical role in advancing Kimberly-Clark's OD&E capabilities across the enterprise. This position supports the design, implementation, and communication of programs that strengthen workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness. As part of the Talent, Belonging, and Inclusion Team, you will collaborate globally to deliver solutions that enable transformation and improve organizational performance. It starts with YOU.
In this role, you will:
Apply advanced knowledge of OD&E principles, frameworks, and analytical methods to solve complex organizational challenges.
Support the design and deployment of enterprise-wide OD&E programs, including workforce strategy initiatives.
Partner with Talent Strategy Partners, Talent Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
Assist in creating tools, templates, and frameworks that enhance OD&E capabilities across the organization.
Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure program impact.
Contribute to change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
Maintain and support OD&E systems and technologies to enable program delivery. Support integration, implementations, and system enhancements.

About You

Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required.
5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Workforce Strategy, Org Design or Organizational Effectiveness within a global, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to support large-scale organizational initiatives.
Flexibility to work on different schedules and time zones
Advanced English level
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
Ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple related projects to achieve strategic objectives. Involves managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights. Includes using statistical methods and visualization tools to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
Understand interdependencies across organizational structures and processes.
Build trust and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.
Deliver clear, concise messages tailored to diverse audiences including senior leaders.
Align OD&E initiatives with organizational goals and business drivers.
Proactive mindset and desire to explore, learn, and leverage emerging technologies, digital tools, and data-driven solutions to improve processes, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive innovation.
