Job Purpose:

Asegurar y desarrollar las ventas de CPL tanto en clientes existentes como en nuevos clientes, garantizando la rentabilidad y el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa. Mantener altos estándares de servicio y asegurar una transición sin problemas para los clientes actuales y futuros.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Asegurar clientes y negocios existentes

  • Comprender claramente las características específicas de los clientes existentes.
  • Establecer un plan de entrega junto con el/la Sales Director y el/la ex Sales Manager.
  • Ejecutar el plan de traspaso asumiendo la plena responsabilidad de los resultados de ventas.
  • Mantener los mismos estándares de servicio del/la antiguo/a Sales Manager asegurando una transición sin problemas para los clientes actuales y futuros.

Desarrollar ventas en clientes existentes

  • Desarrollar nuevas ventas en los clientes existentes una vez ejecutado el plan de traspaso.
  • Recibir los nuevos proyectos del cliente y definir internamente sus necesidades.
  • Trabajar junto con los equipos de creación, evaluación y aplicación para elegir y/o desarrollar los perfumes adecuados para responder adecuadamente a cada proyecto.
  • Seguir todos los proyectos con los clientes para cerrar las ofertas.

Desarrollar ventas en nuevos clientes

  • Proponer una lista de nuevos clientes objetivo del/la Sales Director una vez que el negocio actual esté garantizado para la empresa.
  • Identificar las principales características de cada cliente objetivo y su responsable de la toma de decisiones utilizando reuniones e inteligencia de mercado.
  • Introducir la marca y las capacidades de CPL a los principales responsables de la toma de decisiones en cada cliente objetivo.
  • Asegurar una comprensión clara de los clientes específicos en todos los niveles de quién es CPL y cómo CPL podría ayudarlos con sus necesidades.
  • Recibir los nuevos proyectos del cliente y definir internamente sus necesidades.
  • Trabajar junto con los equipos de creación, evaluación y aplicación para elegir y/o desarrollar los perfumes adecuados para responder adecuadamente a cada proyecto.
  • Seguir todos los proyectos con los clientes para cerrar las ofertas.

Asegurar presupuesto y rentabilidad

  • Tener plena responsabilidad sobre los ingresos por ventas y la rentabilidad de una cartera de clientes clave definida.
  • Ser capaz de prever los ingresos potenciales por ventas para clientes clave.
  • Proporcionar informes de ventas precisos y análisis de cuentas.
  • Preparar y negociar ofertas comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento rentable en línea con los objetivos.

Desarrollar inteligencia de mercado

  • Desarrollar una estrategia para capturar y mantener una base de datos de inteligencia competitiva, asegurando la precisión de la información.
  • Compartir conocimientos y datos de inteligencia de mercado para asegurar que se tomen las acciones adecuadas para posicionar a CPL como una opción preferida.
  • Comprender y abordar las presiones competitivas locales.
  • Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de redes sociales que construya una comunidad de clientes y vincule esta comunidad con nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Education:

  • Training in sales, marketing, branding, science (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Training related to fragrances or similar (desirable).

Professional experience:

  • Professional experience in a similar position (3-5 years).
  • Professional experience in the fragrance sector (desirable).

Other skills and requirements:

  • High level of English (B2-C1).
  • Excellent sense of smell - subject to olfactory evaluation test.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales initiatives.
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel within the province, throughout the country and to travel internationally.
