The Regional HR Manager Latam plays a critical role in supporting HR Managers across Latin America, and regional business leaders ensuring the effective delivery of HR solutions while driving both incremental improvements and strategic initiatives to meet the region's evolving business needs, acting as the central point of contact for global HR projects, ensuring the effective implementation and local relevance. In addition, the role steps in as an HR Manager for specific markets when needed.

By deeply understanding the business, the Regional HR Manager influences organizational success, supports superior operational outcomes, and fosters a culture of growth and high performance.

Job Description

Support Regional HR Strategy Execution

  • Collaborate with the Area HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with regional and organizational goals.
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to regional business leaders to support decision-making and address workforce challenges.
  • Ensure the effective execution of HR processes and programs within the region.
  • Plan and review the HR Budget at Latam level.

Manage HR Projects and Processes

  • Lead or manage medium to complex HR projects and initiatives within the region, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and tools tailored to regional needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive incremental enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Support Talent Management and Development

  • Partner with regional business leaders to identify talent needs and support succession planning efforts.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent within the region.
  • Provide guidance on learning and development opportunities to support employee growth and engagement.

Collaborate Across HR Functions

  • Work closely with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to HR delivery within the region.
  • Coach managers on the Red Bull Compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowerment through educated decisions within the Latam HQ teams.
  • Act as a liaison between regional business leaders and the broader HR organization.
  • Represent the HR function in regional cross-functional meetings and initiatives.

Ensure Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across the region.
  • Provide guidance to business leaders and employees on HR-related compliance matters.
  • Stay updated on regional labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure adherence.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
  • Proven professional with specialized expertise in HR Business Partnering or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, with a focus on operational and strategic HR delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium to complex HR projects and assignments.
  • Experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex assignments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements relevant to the region.
  • Ability to operate under high-level guidance and drive incremental enhancements to HR practices.
  • Adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to changing regional business needs.
