Job Title: Sr. Business Marketing Lead

Our focus is on the customer, and we work backwards in everything we do, including ads.About the Role:
  • Create strategic SMB priorities and roadmap for the region based on key customer and data insights
  • Owning day-to-day partnerships and reviews with local sales and partner stakeholder teams
  • Working closely with Channel marketing managers to align cross-channel marketing strategy based on customer insights and business priorities
  • Own analysis of business performance against key goals including insights/callouts for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prepare for business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans
  • Analysing the impact and results of initiatives impacting the program, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
A Day in the Life:

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance and strategy for SMB advertisers for Brazil. You will work closely with stakeholders worldwide and locally to achieve key business objectives. As part of this position, you will develop deep insights into local advertisers and partner with various stakeholders.

Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Fluency in Portuguese language
  • Previous advertising or retail experience
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing strategic joint marketing plans with local and global footprint
