Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will play a crucial role in elevating our customers' experience while they engage with our gaming services. You will assist our VIP clients with inquiries, bookings, and personalized services that reflect their importance to our brand. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to VIP clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Assist VIP clients with account access, troubleshooting and general doubts 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our gaming offerings and promotions to better assist clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver personalized experiences for our VIP guests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and ensuring a positive image is projected at all times.
  • Handle escalated issues and complaints with professionalism, providing effective resolutions.
  • Monitor client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the gambling, hospitality and  entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. In Portuguese and English, Chinese/ Mandrin will be a very good differential 
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
  • A passion for providing top-notch customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Familiarity with casino operations and gaming products is a plus.
