Retail Operations Manager
to oversee their
João Pessoa
operations. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations across both physical and digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee
    day-to-day operations
    of retail betting shops and coordinate with the online gaming team to ensure seamless integration and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage
    POS systems, cash handling, and transaction processes
    across retail and online operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement operational strategies to optimize workflows, performance, and profitability across both channels.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail and online operations staff to achieve high standards in service and compliance.
  • Monitor performance metrics across
    retail shops and online betting
    , providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in
    retail operations management
    , preferably in
    betting shops, casinos, or gaming environments
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    POS machines and systems
    , with hands-on operational experience.
  • Fluency in
    Portuguese and English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with online gaming or betting platforms is a strong plus.
