Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Outcomes: Ensure all projects align with business objectives, drive implementation, and enhance business growth and efficiency. Monitor key project execution, identify risks, and drive resolutions to achieve business targets.Utilize data analysis and performance management to quantify project impact and optimize resource allocation. 2. Project Management: Develop and optimize project management frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure smooth project execution. Organize and lead project meetings, track progress, and drive cross-department collaboration. Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and risks to ensure efficient delivery. 3. Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration: Act as the key coordinator for project management, ensuring communication among business, technology, finance, and other teams. Resolve cross-functional challenges during project execution to enhance overall operational efficiency. Organize cross-team training sessions to improve project management capabilities.

What We Need From You

  • More than 3 years of experience in PMO or project management 2.Result-Oriented: Strong business-driving capabilities, ensuring projects are guided by final business outcomes. 3. Experience with OKR or KPI goal management. Familiar with common project managment tools and methodologies. 4. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills5. Can use English as working language.
