Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Sales Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and define the direction of the sales team to deliver both the Ocean volume and the LnS volume in accordance with the Budget, increasing revenue and optimizing profits.
  • Train and lead the sales team to sell and develop all products.
  • Set goals for sales incentives together with Sales FBP..
  • Activate the Capacity and Campaign / Commercial Direction function to formalize commercial and customer satisfaction plans.
  • Actively monitor the local NPS of your customer segmentation and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Actively provide feedback to product teams based on customer feedback and insights.
  • Provide business development managers with relevant leads.
  • Ensure succession plans are in place for key roles, including the role itself.
  • Coach direct reports for success and development.
  • Manage local and global engagement.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Foreign trade, or related fields.
  • Experience in Sales Management in Logistics and Freight Forwarders in São Paulo, the capital and the interior region of the state.
  • Languages: Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese.
  • Soft Skills: people management and engagement, build relationship networks, strategic mindset, management of complex situations, results oriented, mutual respect and teamwork.
