A RED está em busca de um(a) Customer Service para integrar nosso time Queremos alguém que una atendimento ao cliente B2B com experiência em vendas, para apoiar nossos clientes, criar propostas comerciais e fortalecer o relacionamento.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Atender e apoiar clientes B2B com eficiência e empatia;
- Realizar negociações e efetivar vendas;
- Elaborar propostas comerciais alinhadas às necessidades do cliente;
- Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação e relacionamento;
- Intermediar demandas entre cliente e áreas internas;
- Registrar informações no CRM e gerar relatórios estratégicos.
Requisitos
- Experiência comprovada em atendimento ao cliente e vendas;
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Organização, resiliência e foco em resultados;
- Ensino médio completo (graduação em andamento é um diferencial);
- Conhecimento em CRM será considerado um plus.
