We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and fluent English-speaking Customer Service & Data Manager to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email and phone. You will handle inquiries about products, orders, returns, shipping, and general company information. Your goal is to ensure each customer feels supported, heard, and excited about their experience with our brand.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing product data, digital assets, and e-commerce operations. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel, as well as hands-on experience with uploading products to dropshipping and e-commerce platforms.

This is a remote job.

Job Overview:

Candidate must be very detailed oriented and fluent in English.

Must have an extensive knowledge of all Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a warm and helpful tone that reflects our brand voice.

⁠ ⁠Answer questions about products, materials, care instructions, stock availability, and pricing.

⁠ ⁠Process order changes, returns, and exchanges in coordination with our fulfillment team.

⁠ ⁠Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

⁠ ⁠Document recurring customer feedback and report trends to the team for improvement opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products, policies, and promotions.

Core Responsibilities for Data Management

⁠ ⁠Upload and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce and dropshipping channels (e.g., Target, Faire, Nordstrom, Wayfair etc.).

⁠ ⁠Maintain and update product information: titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, images, and specifications.

⁠ ⁠Organize and manage digital assets including product photography, marketing collateral, and brand content.

⁠ ⁠Edit and optimize product images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to meet platform requirements.

⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency in product data across all channels.

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure accurate and SEO-optimized content.

⁠ ⁠Generate reports and analyze product performance using Excel/Google Sheets.

⁠ ⁠Perform regular audits to identify and fix data errors or inconsistencies.

Required Skills & Experience

⁠ ⁠Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail preferred (home décor experience is a plus).

⁠ ⁠Fluent in written and spoken English with strong grammar.

⁠ ⁠Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of emails efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping people.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency with email platforms, order management systems, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

⁠ ⁠Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

⁠ ⁠Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Bonus/Optional Skills

⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.

⁠ ⁠Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and product uploads (Shopify, Target, Faire, Nordstrom, Wayfair etc.).

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with SEO best practices for product listings.

⁠ ⁠Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web edits.

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems (We use Sellercloud).

⁠ ⁠Experience working with wholesale platforms or B2B marketplaces.

⁠ ⁠Understanding of image compression and web optimization best practices.

Detailed Job Description:

Answer customer service emails from our sales reps and customers

Provide customer with the information they need which may include tracking or shipping dates. You can communicate with our warehouse team or use our shipping platforms.

Add Wholesale orders-

Add any orders to Sellercloud that customers email in.

Add Dropshipping orders-

Add orders from the Channel Saks 5th Ave, and Chairish, and any other Dropshipping Channels.

Update Saks and Chairish inventory.

Add tracking for Saks and Chairish.

Update orders-

If a customer wants a custom order, you will need to create a new SKU into our system, then add it to the order. You can work with our data team to do this if needed.

CRM Management

Work with our data team to add new customers into by territory/state.

Update Google Docs-

Add new products.

Write Product names, Descriptions, SKU, UPCs, Materials, Color, Msrp, Wholesale, Weight, Measurements, Main Image links, Secondary Image, Product Category, Product Collection.

ChatGPT can be used to create the Product Name and Description, however a general knowledge of Home Decor items and fabrics would be useful or a willingness to learn.

Manage our data team to do the following tasks:

Add new product data to Dropshipping Channels-

Instruct our data team to fill out data templates for onboarding on to new websites or existing.

Add data and photos to each channel based on the channels data needs.s Channels include Nordstrom (Mirakl), Target (Acenda), Wayfair and Chairish.

Update Products-

Work with our data team to update products as needed on all channels.

Update any price adjustments on all sales channels and wholesale apps.

Update Shopify-

Work with our data team to add new products, and text.

Export images using Adobe Lightroom. Rename each image SEO friendly.

Add wholesale prices into app called Wholesale Gorilla.

Update Sellercloud-

Work with our data team to add new products into Sellercloud.

Add links to product images from Shopify.

Add a kit as needed.

Add returned inventory back into the system.

Photo editing-

Work with our data team to resize product images for website and channel specifications.

Photo Creating-

Work with our data team to use Adobe Photoshop, or ChatGPT to create images. Images will include white background images and lifestyle.

White Background images- must be able to add a print repeat into a white background photo of a product.

Must be able to recolor products to match our color standards.
