Title: Commercial Specialist – Utility Storage

Main Responsibilities:

· Support Sales Managers across the LAC region in the preparation of commercial offers for BESS, especially in large utility-scale tenders.

· Coordinate internal alignment with engineering, finance, legal and product teams during proposal development.

· Consolidate and maintain LAC sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM updates.

· Conduct market scouting for new opportunities and strategic customers (IPP, utilities, EPCs).

· Prepare commercial documentation including pricing files, executive summaries and compliance forms.

· Track tender requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of complete proposals.

· Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and customer needs to shape pricing and value positioning.

· Support event participation: tradeshows, roadshows, and commercial workshops with clients.

· Create and maintain standardized checklists and project pipelines in order to understand market movements.

· Consolidate and prepare Requests for Clarifications (RFCs) to submit to clients during tender stages.

· Review and distribute all client documents (RFP/specifications) to the relevant internal teams and follow up.

· Manage document version control.

· Maintain a repository of historical proposals, pricing benchmarks and lessons learned for future bids.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Economics preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in commercial, sales support or pre-sales roles in renewables, EPC or related industries.

· Familiarity with BESS technology and techno-commercial aspects is a strong plus.

· Excellent analytical skills and mastery of Excel / PowerPoint for business cases and pricing models.

· Highly organized, capable of coordinating multiple tenders in parallel.

· Strong teamwork mindset and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

· Advanced English required; Spanish desirable;
