Objetivo do Cargo
Buscamos um profissional estratégico para atuar no setor agrícola para a marca PTx na região de GO, Norte de Minas e DF.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Auxilio no desenvolvimento de produtos
- Identificar, demandas e trabalhar os valores e argumentação comercial, para suporte do time de venda.
- Planejamento de protocolo de teste e demonstrações
- Cria os protocolos para demonstrar os valores dos produtos aos clientes juntos aos revendedores
- Trabalhar com os PSM regionais e RM para dias de campos e PLOT nas regiões para desenvolvimento de dados.
- Integração entre times de engenharia e comercial
- Realizar apoio a engenharia , apresentando os produtos forma clara e eficaz.
- Teste e coleta de dados comparativos com concorrente, promovendo gerando novas oportunidades de negócio.
- Suporte Técnico e Comercial
- Trabalhar com os RM e as revendas e os PSM na introdução das novas tecnologias nas rede com o programa de certificação através de treinamento e capacitação.
- Acompanhamento nos primeiro passos a campo.
- Atendimento comercial de Pós-Venda a Revendas e Clientes
- Oferecer suporte e assistência às revendas e clientes após a venda, garantindo a otimização do produto e fidelizando a construção de relacionamentos duradouros
- Em relação a aplicação das funcionalidades lançadas dos novos produtos
- Acompanhamento do Mercado Regional
- Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do mercado agrícola, as novas tecnologias e os principais concorrentes, identificando oportunidades e ameaças.
- Reforçar a comunicação da proposta de valor nas soluções PTx
Qualificações e Experiências
- Graduação em Agronomia, Administração, Agronegócio, Marketing ou área correlata.
- Experiência em estratégia comercial, manutenção e desenvolvimento de canais e mercados.
- Capacidade comprovada de gerar resultados em mercados dinâmicos.
- Pensamento estratégico.
- Análise de mercado.
- Gestão de canais, construção de relacionamentos e colaboração multifuncional.
