Revenue Manager – Rede Drops (Florianópolis/SC)
A Rede Drops, maior rede de franquias de motéis do Brasil, busca um(a) Revenue Manager para integrar o time em Florianópolis – SC.

O que você vai fazer:
- Gerir e otimizar a receita das unidades da rede, definindo estratégias de precificação, ocupação e rentabilidade;
- Analisar indicadores de performance (KPIs), como taxa de ocupação, ticket médio e RevPAR;
- Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards de desempenho em Power BI, Excel ou outras ferramentas de BI;
- Realizar análises de mercado e concorrência, identificando oportunidades de maximizar receita;
- Apoiar decisões estratégicas com insights baseados em dados e projeções financeiras;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Marketing, Comercial e Operações para alinhar estratégias de vendas e demanda.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Hotelaria ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia como Revenue Manager, Analista de Pricing, Planejamento Comercial ou Controladoria;
- Domínio de Excel avançado e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.);
- Perfil analítico, estratégico e com foco em resultados;
- Capacidade de interpretar dados e transformá-los em ações práticas de aumento de receita.
