Role Description
This is a full-time off-site role for a Salesperson located in São Paulo, SP. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and maintaining a robust customer database. The Salesperson will collaborate with the internal team to ensure customers receive exceptional service and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international trade operations or import/export processes is an advantage
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are a bonus
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field is preferred or desirable
