The Sr. Sales Manager - Data Centers is a customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Leads the development of business plans for Baker Hughes Power Generation portfolio of products and services.
As a Sr. Sales Manager - Data Centers, you will be responsible for:
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Handling Power Generation products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Originating DC on-site power projects, leveraging own network of owners/operators, engineering companies and other players in the ecosystem to develop and execute the DC Go-To-Market strategy
- Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
- Department is involved in medium to large sized sales.
- Handling multiple countries in North and South America

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Experience in Complex Sales.
- Advanced in English and Fluent in Portuguese
- Knowledge in Spanish is a plus
- Experience selling power generation products in the territory a plus
