To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of Patient Access Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the market access strategy, pricing, HEOR, PAG and government affairs nationwide, directly and indirectly influencing healthcare access and health outcomes for clients, patients, and society;

  • Be directly responsible for challenging and shaping the healthcare system through the co-creation of healthcare innovations with other stakeholders;

  • Prepare value stories, strategies and plans to provide access to our innovative assets as well as building technical dossiers for approval and incorporation across different health institutions for valuations, with a focus on market access, including, but not limited to;
    • Lead the local pricing strategy and alignment with global teams, institutions, policies and platforms;

    • Lead the CONITEC strategy (short term) and define the medium/long-term approach for existing and future products;

    • Lead the ANS incorporation process for existing and future products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree;

  • Experience in the Market Access area, HEOR and Princing is mandatory;

  • Experience in the healthcare system;

  • Fluent English;

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
  • Required experience in access for rare disease and/or immunology products.
