Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for all direct-to-consumer sales activities across Latin American markets;
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate closely with marketing agencies to align sales campaigns and promotional activities that drive DTC growth;
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual Latin American countries, ensuring that each market's unique dynamics are addressed;
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of DTC initiatives.
