COORDENADOR DE SUPORTE

RESUMO

Responsável por coordenar as atividades da equipe de suporte técnico, garantindo a excelência no atendimento aos usuários internos e externos, o cumprimento dos SLAs e a evolução contínua dos processos de infraestrutura e tecnologia. Atuar como elo entre a operação e as áreas estratégicas de TI, promovendo melhorias, treinamentos e gestão de indicadores.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Liderar equipe de suporte técnico (presencial e remoto), distribuída por unidades regionais.Planejar e acompanhar atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos e sistemas.Gerenciar chamados e escalonamentos conforme matriz definida.Monitorar, reportar e trazer melhorias nos indicadores de performance (SLA, backlog, tempo médio de atendimento).Realizar reuniões de alinhamento com áreas operacionais e administrativas.Participar de projetos de infraestrutura e transformação digital.Garantir a atualização e conformidade dos processos com base em ITIL e políticas internas.Estar em constante contato com a área de negócios para intermediar conflitos.Identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento técnico da equipe por meio de treinamentos internos, externos e/ou feedbacks.

REQUISITOS

  • Graduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em coordenação de equipes de suporte técnico.
  • Idiomas (No mínimo Inglês Intermediário – Leitura e escrita utilizadas diariamente).
  • CNH (B) e disponibilidade para eventuais viagens.
  • Conhecimento nas ferramentas ServiceNow, Office 365, Intune.
  • Conhecimento avançado em sistemas operacionais, redes, termal printers e HandHelds.
  • Diferenciais - Perfil analítico, proativo e com forte habilidade de comunicação, dinamismo, atitude proativa, capacidade de resolver problemas e trabalhar em equipe.
