The Position

The Opportunity

To protect, develop and consolidate business in local private and public markets, with a clear customer centricity focus, expanding the market through each specific product line, in a compliant and sustainable manner to increase our market share to increase access to CA&C population to our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and achieve annual budgets, KPIs, and sales targets across business units, including tender management and customer budgets.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring first-class service and timely order management in line with contracts.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to protect, expand, and develop the market while supporting cross-functional business development efforts.

  • Implement local marketing strategies and activities, delivering Roche product presentations and showcasing their medical value to customers.

  • Support country expense control, account receivable targets, and channel filling strategies while contributing to business planning processes with data and analysis.

  • Actively participate in cross-functional squads aligned with affiliate and LATAM objectives to drive local and regional commercial success.

Who you are:

  • Healthcare related degree (other technical degrees will be considered).

  • Significant experience on sales or marketing in the healthcare industry, is a plus to have experience in vitro diagnostics companies.

  • Proven experience in IVD products and/or analyzers

  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), certificate of proficiency will be appreciated.

  • Availability to travel regularly (locally or overseas)
