Inicialmente -> 4 dias presenciais na semana: destes 1 será em Recife
Após 6 meses -> 3 dias presenciais na semana: destes 1 será em Recife

Resumo / Visão geral:
- Coordenação de atividades técnicas e gestão de equipes de desenvolvimento de ADAS;
- Gestão de cronogramas, atividades de Design Review, Co design, entrega e validação de HD e SW das equipes internas e dos fornecedores;
- Gestão de projetos de componentes de um veículo em específico;
- Garantir que todo os requisitos estejam funcionais;
- Interface global;
- Fazer apresentações.
- Conhecimento e/ou experiência em sistemas eletrônicos como hardware e software;
- Formação em engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou Computação;
- Inglês Avançado;
- Comunicativo/ Dinâmico/Proativo/Resiliente/Capacidade de liderança;
- Relacionamento (item mais importante);
- Poder de síntese;
- Ter experiência com planejamento, entregas, cumprimento de prazos e ajustes de cronogramas;
- Presencial de 1 a 2x na planta de Goiana - PE (podendo ser mais por conta do projeto);
- Disponibilidade de viagens com duração média de 1 semana para outros locais (Argentina, Porto Real - RJ e Betim - MG), a cada 3 a 6 meses.
