Your function

In the position of
Credit Coordinator
, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the credit analysis team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with established SLAs.

• Review and approve complex credit cases, including economic groups, legal entities, and individuals, as well as specialized programs.
• Act as a mentor and technical reference for the team, promoting a culture of learning, responsibility, and excellence.
• Act as a strategic partner to commercial areas, collections, and global credit and risk stakeholders, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
• Manage the credit portfolio of your business unit, monitoring key risk indicators such as delinquency, PD, NPL, and cost of risk.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in credit analysis and team management.
• Experience in regulated environments with robust governance structures.
• Track record of working with corporate clients and complex credit structures.
• Experience in dealing with commercial, collection, and risk areas.
• Clear, objective, and strategic communication with the team and external stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate and influence different hierarchical levels, including global teams.
• Ability to translate technical analyses into understandable and actionable recommendations.
