We're looking for a globally minded Sales Operations Analystto join our Global Sales Operations team. In this role, you'll work across multiple geographies - to support our international mobile phone sales teams and global management with smart insights and scalable solutions. This is your chance to step up, take ownership, and contribute to strategic growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

What You'll Do
As part of the global sales operations team, you'll support our regional sales organizations and global management with insightful analysis, reporting, and planning. You'll help identify risks, spot opportunities, and improve performance through clear, data-backed insights.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Analyzing sales data across markets, channels, and product lines to evaluate performance and support commercial decisions
  • Collaborating withregional sales teamsto track progress toward targets, highlight risks, and identify opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining visually impactfuldashboards and performance reportsfor sales and executive stakeholders
  • Supportingforecasting, business reviews, and planning processeswith accurate and timely data
  • Contributing to the development ofstandardized planning and reporting tools and KPIsacross markets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing and supply chain

What You Bring

  • At least 2–3 years of experience insales operations, business analysis, or similar position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency inExceland familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience working with or acrossmultiple international marketsor regional sales organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - you can translate data into actionable stories
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
