Main Responsibilities
- Understand role requirements and identify qualified talent.
- Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms.
- Review and shortlist resumes to match position criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate suitability.
- Support candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
- Ensure clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and recruitment tools.
- Experience in sourcing for technical or creative roles is a plus.
