Job Information:

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to lead a virtual "Expatriate cultural program".
  • Program Details:
    • Format: 4 hours program
    • Schedule: To be determined
    • Student's location/time zone: Based in Shanghai, China
    • Preferred start date: To be determined
    • Format: Online/Virtual
    • Program outline: Must be tailored to the student´s needs: Learning the culture
    • Additional information: It would be great if the trainer is a Mandarin-speaking trainer with expertise on those countries

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
  • Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes
  • Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
  • Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
  • To have a degree or certification in intercultural communication, cultural psychology, sociology, cultural education, diplomacy, cultural, instructional design, writing, or a related field
  • To have a minimum of two years of cultural training experience
