REQUISITOS:

Ensino Superior em andamento (curso de administração ou áreas afins);

Pacote Office;

Necessário inglês fluente (oral e escrito)

Boa comunicação;

Visão analítica;

Capacidade de controle de dados e tomada de decisões;

Capacidade de planejamento.

ATIVIDADES

Marcar e controlar compromissos, reuniões e viagens;

Atender chamadas telefônicas;

Digitar cartas, relatórios, apresentações e outros documentos;

Realizar serviços administrativos em geral;

Controlar correspondências de entrada e saída;

Recepcionar visitantes;

Eventualmente dar suporte a outros setores da empresa, quando necessário.

Salário R$3.963,00 VT, VR ou VA de R$20,76 por dia, horário 2ª a 6ª feira das 08 às 18:00 hs plano de saúde Notredame e Porto Dental (ambos opcional) cesta básica R$144,00.
