Job Title: Remote Contracts Administrator (100% Work From Home) 

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month paid via bank transfer

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m Eastern Time

 
Job Overview:
Our client is a leading civil engineering and construction management firm based in Northern Virginia, serving both public and private sector clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The company specializes in site development, utilities, roadway construction, and infrastructure improvements, providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions from design through project completion. Their team is dedicated to technical excellence, client satisfaction, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team remotely. This role will focus exclusively on company contracts and will support the Director of Billing & Contracts and the Vice President in reviewing, redlining, and managing contracts. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction contract administration, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
 
Responsibilities: 

Review and redline subcontracts to ensure all flow-down requirements from General Contracts (GCs) are included.
Review general contracts for risk, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
Assist with contract negotiation and recommend revisions to protect company interests.
Support the bidding and proposal process by reviewing client requirements and scopes of work.
Maintain contract logs, track revisions, and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to finalize and execute contracts.
Ensure compliance with all insurance, bonding, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with leadership to improve contract templates and review processes.
 
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:   

Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience, preferably in construction.
Proven ability to redline, interpret, and negotiate contract terms independently.
Strong understanding of flow-down requirements and risk management.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
