"Administer compensation and benefits programs.

"Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.

  • HR Policy and Compliance

"Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

"Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.

  • Training and Development

"Assess training needs within the business units and coordinate training programs.

"Support leadership development initiatives.

  • Communication

"Foster effective communication between HR and business units.

"Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.

"Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

" HR experience, with a focus on business partnering.

"Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

"Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

"Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.

"Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

"HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

"Fluent in English or Chinese.
