As a Recruitment Intern in Insider day in and day out you:

• will be expanding pipelines for all positions in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Chile while acting no different than an ambassador for Insider,
• will be identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search), and you will see that the rush is no different than digging for diamonds,
• will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions, if you are interested there is no holding back,
• will be posting job ads to job boards and social media platforms, we are everywhere
