agradável do entregador na plataforma.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Realizar o atendimento presencial para os entregadores Rappi, executando a venda de acessórios, esclarecimento de dúvidas referente à experiência Rappi e solução de problemas ao longo de todo ciclo de vida do entregador na plataforma; - Organizar, expor e confrontar ideias junto ao público no intuito de tratar as queixas trazidas ao atendimento presencial e direcionar internamente, caso seja necessário, comunicando de forma clara e objetiva; - Organizar o ambiente de trabalho e a sua rotina considerando o ambiente dinâmico e não estruturado da Rappi e ser proativo para identificar problemas e soluções para questões do dia a dia dentro do atendimento presencial; - Organizar o atendimento presencial de forma a ser um ambiente agradável para a realização do atendimento; - Apoiar na gestão do estoque de acessórios dos entregadores Rappi; - Gerar insights de melhoria contínua da operação e processos coletando e organizando informações dos problemas recorrentes e desalinhamentos identificados.
