Job description

Somos uma área de Operações, onde processamos operações de câmbio e apoiamos as linhas de negócios para otimizar o processo operacional dos serviços e produtos bancários, com o objetivo de oferecer o melhor serviço aos clientes, através das seguintes atividades:

  • Executar atividades de análise de documentação relativo a operações de câmbio, e registro nos sistemas internos do Banco e de reguladores locais;
  • Executar controles de documentos enviados para e recebidos de clientes;
  • Executar atividades relacionadas à contabilidade e reconciliação referente a operações de câmbio, incluindo análise de balanço e pendências contábeis;
  • Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e controle de KPIs;
  • Relacionamento com áreas internas do Banco.

Requirements

Estar cursando Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins;

  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel (VBA é desejável);
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Word, PowerPoint e afins;
  • Inglês avançado – no dia-a-dia é necessário contato verbal e escrito com os times globais do HSBC;
  • Proatividade e senso de urgência;
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar durante 2 anos;
