WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORAt Shotgun, the B2B Account Analyst – Brazil will support small and medium-sized event organizers throughout their journey on our platform. From onboarding and product adoption to ongoing advising, you will help clients publish events, engage their communities, and optimize their business performance. You'll act as their main partner, providing insights, sharing updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
To develop and nurture your portfolio, your work will be centered around the following pillars:
Client Onboarding
- Identify and understand new organizers' needs and challenges
- Provide tailored product demonstrations to enable them to publish events and manage their community effectively
- Ensure a smooth start and maximize their future usage and satisfaction
- Familiarize them with internal processes (e.g., how to contact the support team, report a bug, etc.)
Client Lifecycle Management & Advising
- Develop and monitor action plans to address organizers' challenges such as acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Conduct meetings with organizers to report on KPIs, share updates on Shotgun, and provide results and actionable items to cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure proper product adoption
- Offer strategic advice to enhance their business operations
- Keep yourself updated on the platform new solutions.
- Be responsible for small and medium size clients.
Project Management (This role includes both internal and external project management):
- Gather client needs and escalate them to the appropriate internal stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with Marketing, Field Operations, and B2B Support teams
- Collect client feedback on the product in a structured manner to inform the product roadmap
In addition to that, you will work together with the Support B2B and B2C team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in those operations.
THE JOB IS MADE FOR YOU IF YOU- Are a woman (affirmative position)
- Bring proven client-facing experience in Account Management and/or Customer Support
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Excel at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Are proactive, autonomous, and hands-on
- Speak Portuguese natively (or at a bilingual level) and are confident in English
- Have experience in ticketing (a plus)
- Are passionate about the events industry
- Are based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro (we have great offices in both)
- Are open to traveling across Brazil to meet clients and abroad to collaborate with our global team
